AI Vision Institute of Technology – Course Purchase Terms and Conditions

By completing your purchase through www.aivisioninstitute.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions, which comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
1. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
All payments made for online, hybrid, or in-person courses are non-refundable once the enrollment process is completed and confirmation is sent.
This policy applies in accordance with Section 34 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows service providers to withhold refunds once digital content or access has been delivered.
2. Cancellation and Refund Terms
- You may request a cancellation no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the official start date of the course.
- Any cancellation request submitted within 15 days prior to the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are only applicable if your written cancellation request is received by AI Vision Institute at least 15 days before the course start date.
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to support@aivision.ac.uk and include your full name, course title, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method used during purchase.
3. Course Access and Activation
- Upon successful payment, a course activation key or login credentials will be sent to your registered email address.
- Access to course content or digital materials will be granted once the course officially begins.
- Early access to any pre-course materials or bonus content does not affect the refund or cancellation terms.
4. Transfer or Substitution Policy
- Course seats and registrations are non-transferable.
- Substitution of a registered student is only possible with prior written consent from AI Vision Institute and subject to administrative approval.
5. Force Majeure
AI Vision Institute shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of a course due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, public health emergencies, or digital platform outages.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Agreement
By clicking “Place Order” and completing your payment, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to comply with the refund and cancellation policy stated herein.
- You acknowledge that your purchase constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and AI Vision Institute of Technology.
